Over a year, my life and mind thru a blog. I mean, my own blog. The rifie.com blog =]

I was think negative about blogs a few years back. Coz i just found a katarsis blog, with just a bunch of diaries and bad design (you know, the marquee stuff, a snow effect and other weird effect in their blog). OMG, is that a blog? Crap.

Since i have a 24 hours always on internet at 2003 when i’m in South Korea, i began to know web design, CSS, and of course, a blogosphere. Nice blogosphere.

It was Andi Fadly, who introduced me to blog with a nice content and fun to read articles.

After that, you know what’s happen. I started my own blog on blogspot.com for about 1,5 years and shit happen. I deleted ALL of my post. I didn’t mean to. I just wanna move all my post to my new server and look what happen!?*&^%

Well, life must go on right?

So i just keep on blogging and keep original. No ripped off someone’s design or ripped off other posts. And i’m happy for it.

When i’m in blog world, i’ve meet a lot of bloggers like Indra’s blog, Dental’s, Didats, or Andry’s blog. And i love it.

Design and Content

After i get a long with blog, i try to design my own theme. The first theme was “Rifie’s Personal Site” and i didn’t use my own CSS code that time. I just change the Kubrick’s code by Michael HeileMann. And i’m going deeper about this CSS and XHTML thing. Quite fun. *Sorry, i will put my first theme after i left my office*

But here is my 2nd and 4th theme

Hehe, that’s my 2nd theme, using downloaded photoshop brushes (grunge effect *he?*).

Well yes, i use my website as my playground on designing! But not too addicted. Not like him. =]
